This page describes the methods and logics of the processing of users’ personal data (below, also users) who consult the site: (below, also the Site).

This is an information provided pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ (hereafter RGPD) and the Italian legislation in force for the protection of personal data, legislative decree. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, in particular those introduced by Legislative Decree. n. 101/2018, to those who interact with the Site,  any other subdomains, but in any case not for other external and possibly linked websites.

The processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, even if not recorded in a database, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, processing, selection, blocking, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation , use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.

With the DPCM of 25 May 2018, published in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic, the subjects who exercise the functions of data controller in the Data Controller have been identified.

The processing of data related to the information request form takes place in Italy are carried out, through electronic tools and after adoption of the appropriate security measures, by staff in service at the office in charge of processing and /or by third parties, in particular by Rational Scale Srl as the sole member, as it is in charge of the management of information systems.

2. Data Protection Officer

The person responsible for the protection of personal data is a figure provided for in art. 37 of the GDPR. It cooperates with the Guarantor Authority and constitutes the point of contact, also with respect to the interested parties, for issues related to the processing of personal data (Articles 38 and 39 of the GDPR), as well as to coordination for the implementation and keeping of records of processing activities (Art. 30 of the GDPR).

3. Legal basis for processing

The personal data indicated on this page are processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679  679 ‘General Data Protection Regulation’.

Following the consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data provided freely and voluntarily by users are acquired and processed in compliance with the rules established by the GDPR and used exclusively for indicated below.

The data controller undertakes to respect and protect your confidentiality by processing the personal data provided by you in compliance with the legal provisions to ensure the security, accuracy, updating and relevance of the data with respect to the stated purposes. The personal data provided by users who submit requests are used for the purpose of executing the request from time to time forwarded, and are communicated to third parties only in the event that this is strictly necessary and functional for this purpose, in compliance with European and national provisions. The data are processed by personnel specially authorized to process data, only if the processing is necessary for the performance of the assigned tasks.

5. Type of data and purposes of processing

All personal data provided through the Site will be processed lawfully and correctly in order to provide the requested services as well as to respond to the communications and questions of users, and to collect statistical data for the improvement of the site.

  1. Data provided voluntarily
    Through the Site it is possible to send requests and communications through the contact addresses reported on the site. The provision of such data is mandatory, necessary to respond to the requests sent as well as to contact the sender to obtain clarifications regarding what has been reported.

Navigation data This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of
    the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment. The browsing data are acquired not for the purpose of identifying users, but for the sole purpose of collecting, anonymously, statistical information on the use of the site and its services.

Cookies are small text files that the sites visited send to the user’s terminal, where they are stored, and then be retransmitted to the same sites at the next visit.

The Interested Parties (natural persons to whom the data refer), on the basis of art. 15 and the following of the GDPR, may exercise at any time their rights and in particular, the right to access their personal data, to request its rectification or limitation, updating if incomplete or incorrect and cancellation if collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing without prejudice to the existence of legitimate reasons by the Data Controller.

It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority on The exercise of rights is not subject to any form constraint and is free of charge.

We inform you that the personal data published on this site are reusable only under the conditions provided by current legislation on the reuse of public data, in terms compatible with the purposes for which they were collected and recorded, and in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.
